1. Scope of Services

We work with clients globally, with a special focus on the US, Canada, and European markets.

2. Project Timeline & Delivery

Each service package includes a specific delivery timeline:

  • Basic Package: 10 business days
  • Standard Package: 20 business days
  • Premium Package: 45 business days

If you require expedited delivery, we offer fast-track options at an additional fee based on mutual agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Projects begin with a 50% upfront payment.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of the project.

No work will be initiated until the first payment is received.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are available if the client requests cancellation before the project begins.
  • Once the project is in progress, refunds are not guaranteed, as resources and time will have already been invested.
  • However, if the client insists, we may offer a partial or full refund based on mutual agreement, prioritizing client satisfaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • If the client delays beyond a reasonable time, the project will be paused until we receive the required materials.
  • The delay caused by the client is not the responsibility of TrustRankers.

6. Ownership & Access

Upon final payment:

  • You receive full ownership of the website.
  • You have complete access and control, and the site will be delivered exactly as per your specifications.

7. Post-Delivery Support

  • Limited technical support is included only as specified in the chosen package.
  • After the support period ends, maintenance and SEO packages can be purchased separately if needed.

8. Ethical & Legal Compliance

We do not work on websites that involve:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Adult content
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Content violating any religious or ethical principles (Islam, Christianity, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse any project that does not align with our values.

9. Changes & Revisions

  • Each package includes a certain number of revisions as stated in the package details.
  • Additional changes outside the scope of the original agreement will be charged separately.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to existing clients via email or on our website.
